1.) Bow when entering the dojo
2.) Bow when leaving the dojo
3.) When Sensei enters the dojo the class should be called to attention by the senior belt present and all students should bow to start class
4.) Proper respect will be shown to all ranking belts
5.) Bow to Sensei or instructors before beginning a demonstration or sparring and when finished
6.) Bow to partner before beginning a demonstration or sparring and when finished
7.) AT ALL TIMES BE COURTEOUS TO VISTORS AND SPECTATORS
8.) Abusive, vulgar, & foul language will not be tolerated
9.) If it does not belong to you DO NOT TOUCH IT WITHOUT PERMISSION
10.) Do not leave the dojo for any reason without permission from Sensei or an
instructor, these are the only people who can give you permission to leave the
dojo or work out area
11.) Call Sensei if you will be absent for a length of time
12.) NEVER- get too aggressive while sparring, you should relax and go easy. When ground fighting, Don't grind away, or go too hard trying to tap people out. Learn to train smarter
13.) No shoes on the mat
14.) Belts should not be worn outside the dojo, nor washed, nor placed on the ground
15.) Early students should always stretch out & warm up, practice of forms (kata) and techniques are encouraged
16.) Students should line up and meditate no less than 5 minutes before class starts, to prepare for their lesson coming up
17.) Taking notes is encouraged when studying pressure points
18.) Always strive to improve yourself
19.) Strive for good moral character
20.) Keep an honest & sincere way
21.) In daily conduct, do not encourage fights or arguments
